
When COVID-19 hit, I served as a hospitalist on the frontlines and saw a clear pattern: the sickest patients were those with chronic metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, and low resilience. Conventional medicine saved lives in the moment, but too often failed to restore long-term health. That realization became my call to a different approach.
A Deeper Calling
I explored lifestyle and functional medicine—for my patients and myself—adding nutrition, movement, and stress management to care. Entering perimenopause brought fatigue, brain fog, and unexplained weight changes that conventional answers couldn’t resolve. That personal experience confirmed what I’d seen in the hospital: medicine must treat the whole person, not just symptoms.

I created Medical Oneness™ to integrate conventional and functional medicine. True healing happens when we address:

My Approach
With advanced functional medicine training and lived experience as both clinician and patient, I focus on prevention, individualized care, and restoring vitality—especially for autoimmune issues, gut health, and midlife transitions. I’m also expanding into pediatric functional medicine.
